September’s Second Wednesday: Edina Police Chief Todd Milburn Joins!

Second Wednesday is a monthly opportunity for those over the age of 60 to socially and spiritually connect. Second Wednesday’s occur from September through May between 11:00am and 1:30pm. Attendees are cordially invited to take part in any or all events. A suggested donation of $10.00 per person covers the entire cost.

  • 11:30 am – Chapel Worship Service

  • 12:00 pm – Light, Delicious Lunch *

  • 12:45 pm – 45-minute Program *

Edina Police Chief Todd Milburn will join us! Prior to arriving in Edina, Milburn served from 2014-21 as the Deputy Chief in Brooklyn Park, Minn., where he began his career as a Community Service Officer in 1992.

Chief Milburn’s responsibilities have included overseeing all functions of the Patrol Division, with particular focus on 911 response, community engagement and community-oriented policing. His other roles with the department included Patrol Officer, SWAT Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Public Information Officer and Inspector/Commander.

Milburn, a St. Paul native, earned his degree in Organizational Management & Leadership from Concordia University. He is married to his wife Erin and has two children, Jackson and Lauren.
