Worship is a time to be together. It is a shared experience, shared journey, shared gift, and shared faith. At Normandale we follow a traditional pattern for worship using music and liturgy. We worship in body, mind and spirit with silence and sound, music and message, celebration and contemplation. While Lutheran heritage is in our roots, our worship together continues to evolve and be shaped by modern life and present day experiences. Through worship, we are refreshed, filled with the Holy Spirit, and go forth to serve others.

Online Giving has received a recent upgrade! Current users will need to refresh the link to our new giving platform. New and established users can click the GIVE ONLINE button below to start giving. As before, you will be able to give a gift or schedule a series of recurring gifts by using your credit or debit card or withdrawal directly from your checking account. You can specify the fund for which your gift is designated by clicking the drop-down box next to the dollar amount.

To give via mobile app, download the ShelbyNEXT | Giving app in your app store. Choose Normandale Lutheran Church (zip code 55436) as your organization. Create your giving account or login and give a one-time gift or set-up recurring gifts.You can specify the fund for which your gift is designated by clicking the drop-down box next to the dollar amount.
To give at a giving kiosk, simply visit a giving kiosk located in the narthex at NLC. Select “Give Now” and follow the prompts.
Give offerings using provided envelopes or at Sunday worship.

Interested in using automatic withdrawal to give? This can be set up by clicking the GIVE ONLINE button above. You’ll be prompted within the ShelbyNext system as to how to do this. It will require you to set up a ShelbyNext account. Working on my computer and received an e-mail reminding me of my Xcel energy bill. It wasn’t long after that a couple more reminders arrived. For all the changes in our lives there are still responsibilities and expenses.
As you consider your changing financial landscape and budget, we ask that you remember NLC and make your continued support a piece of that budget. NLC has re-aligned its operations as much as possible, but there are still those bills that are crucial. We want NLC to be an essential part of recovery as we move into the future.
There is a gospel song with the phrase “Right now is the needed time.” How true during these times! We are sheltered and isolated, 6 feet from everyone. Our need for God’s continued presence and guidance is critical and He promises to be with us through this valley.
We acknowledge our Father’s presence, pray for continued safety for all and offer thanks for your continued generosity and support.
