Men’s Retreat (January 19-20, 2024)

Normandale Men! 

“Being seen” is significant to building bridges across generations and how there is more than what meets the eye. “Being heard” is having a fuller awareness of who we are and what we are capable of.

In order to truly “see and hear” each other, we need to allow the capacity to learn and appreciate our stories — their past, their present, and their hope for the future. That can be accomplished through the three (3) key words within our men’s ministry: authenticity, vulnerability, and compassion.

Trusting that being together across all the generations is perhaps the greatest blessing when it comes to being the church of Jesus Christ together. It is not only important but wonderfully good, right, and true! In it, we take one step closer to the belonging that we touched upon this past April.

Please join us on Friday, January 19 and Saturday, January 20! Dinner will be provided on Friday evening as well as breakfast Saturday morning.

How boring to live with only your age-related peers; bring on the eldest and the newest among us! Let’s mix, mingle, and migrate the generations. It brings so much spice to life!
