Every Meal Pack Event! – Canceled!

The NLC Every Meal Pack Event for April 30 has been canceled.

In a good news/bad news scenario, Every Meal is ahead of schedule in their packing this week (yay!) and will not need our assistance this Friday (bummer!). We will plan to join them again at another time! Look for more service events coming soon.

Let’s send hunger packing! 

COVID-19 has caused more strain on families, pushing 100,000 MORE Minnesota children into food insecurity.

Did you know that, through Every Meal, NLC supplies culturally appropriate, nutritious meals for all of Cornelia Elementary school’s food-insecure children? Register to join us in packing meals for local families (with masked/distancing Covid precautions), and help us make a “hands-on” difference!

4. Click “Finish”
5. Scroll down to click the green “JOIN TEAM” button
6. Select Normandale Lutheran Church as your team!

*If you’re bringing Youth/Children (age 8+), please contact Rebecca Gamble, so we can plan ahead.

Please note: although not required, minors (age 13-17) might want to have their own account to log service hours and sign up, too.
