Normandale Lutheran Church Foundation is our congregation’s response to God’s call to continue God’s mission and good works far into the future. The Foundation is where we gather and invest financial resources to provide additional support for existing ministries and to launch new missions and ministries of our church, empowering our congregation and staff to dream and think big.
As a separate legal entity, funds raised through the Foundation are outside of the Normandale operating budget, so new and existing ministries can be supported without worrying about whether we’re taking anything away from core programs supported by our annual church budget. We offer current support while investing to grow principal, building for the future.
Dear beloved people of Normandale,
The Foundation is sponsoring a couple of upcoming events to express this gratitude and share stories of the Foundation’s efforts and progress in recent years. As we consider the future together, the Foundation would also like to share a few stories of those who have decided to leave a lasting legacy through gifts to the Foundation, and to let you know what the Foundation can do to assist members who wish to leave a legacy for the next 75 years!
The Foundation and the church work hand in hand on initiatives and growing the impact of Normandale’s ministries, and we are grateful for the generosity and the prayerful planning of our members that assist others, including God’s children that will be led here in the future and, in turn, will become the future leaders of Normandale! The church’s anniversary celebration in 2025 has, as one of its focus areas, the leadership of many that has made Normandale such a special place for the past 75 years.
The Foundation is sponsoring a couple of upcoming events to express this gratitude and share stories of the Foundation’s efforts and progress in recent years. Our goals for these gatherings are simply to connect with our friends that share similar priorities and to re-invigorate our “Legacy Society,” who are members that have made provision to leave gifts from their estates in support of funding Normandale ministries for future generations. And, as we consider the future together, the Foundation would also like to share a few stories of those who have decided to leave a lasting legacy through gifts to the Foundation, and to let you know what the Foundation can do to assist members who wish to leave a legacy for the next 75 years!
