26th Annual Church Brass Workshop | August 15-18, 2019

The goal of this workshop is to encourage the use of brass music in worship and to develop a network of church brass ensembles in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The workshop was sponsored by Normandale Lutheran Church.

25th Annual Church Brass Workshop | August 7, 9, 11, 12, 19, 2018
James Patrick Miller, Guest Conductor, Gustavus Adolphus College
The goal of this workshop is to encourage the use of brass music in worship and to develop a network of church brass ensembles in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The workshop was sponsored by All Saints and Normandale Lutheran Churches.

Hymn-Sing Festival Choir Workshop | February 26, 2017
All were invited to join the Normandale Choir in a pre-concert choir rehearsal working with David Clarke and John Ferguson for the hymn-sing: "Jesus Christ – The Light of the World | A Cycle of Hymns for Transfiguration Sunday".

Music Composition 101 Workshop | February 2017
Participants worked with nationally recognized composer, Cary John Franklin, in weekly sessions learning how to create musical compositions.

Sculpture Creation Workshop | September - October 2016
Sculptor and poet, Mac Gimse, worked with groups of all ages on Sundays and Wednesdays in September and October to create a sculpture as we expressed our common faith and desire for peace and global harmony through the visual arts.
