Normandale Preschool Teachers

Lead Teachers are needed for the 4-day M-TH, class and the Friday, Plus One session at Normandale Preschool starting this Fall. Both classes meet 9:00am - 12noon. Teacher applicants should hold a 4-year Early Childhood, Kindergarten or Elementary degree or equivalent. Normandale Preschool is a NAEYC accredited, 4 STAR Parent Aware program and a ministry of Normandale Lutheran Church.  E-mail cover letter and resume to joanne@normluth.org by June 30.

Visitation Pastor

NLC has an opening for a  visitation pastor who will attend to the spiritual needs of home-bound and institutionalized members. Each visit will include active listening, prayer and/or Holy Communion, and record-keeping. The visitation pastor will be authorized to work up to forty hours a month. Hours compensated include travel time to and from visitations, time spent making appointments and keeping records, monthly staff meetings, and any additional preparation and services in additional to actual visitation time. Marketing/Communications Professional | Center for Healing & Wholeness

The Center for Healing and Wholeness is seeking a contract Marketing/Communications professional for 4 to 5 hours a week. The position reports to the Executive Director and will coordinate identified marketing and community outreach efforts effectively linking individuals to services and supports available at the Normandale Center for Healing and Wholeness (the Center). This includes: Developing and heightening community awareness via social media, management of electronic mailings, website content and other communications activities utilizing identified marketing and communications avenues. The position also facilitates the marketing of targeted evidence-based program offerings in conjunction with individuals/ organizations through targeted outreach and material development. The qualified candidate will possess a College Degree or higher , at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in a community based organization (as a participant or volunteer) and, at least 5+ years professional experience in marketing, communications or a related field (for more requirements see full position description). Excellent/demonstrated verbal and written skills, strong communication, presentation and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal/customer service skills (including listening, respect for boundaries, confidentiality/privacy) are required.  Questions?
